Abstract
Urolithiasis or tractus urinary’s stone are defined as stone formation formation of stones like crystals that settle from urine in the urinary tract which includes kidney stones, ureters, bladder, and urethra. Males are more common than females, namely 3: 1 with a peak incidence occurring at the age of 40-50 years. The formation of urinary tract stones is predictably relate with urine flow disorders, metabolic disorders, urinary tract infections, dehydration, and idiopathic. In addition to anamnesis, enforcement of urolithiasis diagnosis uses physical examination and supported by several supporting examinations, such as urinalysis, plain abdominal photo, BNO-IVP, ultrasound, and CT Scan. CT Scan is a Gold standart supporting examination for the diagnosis of urolithiasis, but not for routine use.
